EQ is about making emotions work for you, not against you. It can be argued that emotional intelligence is the most critical skill a manager can develop to increase effectiveness. This workshop focuses on EQ Core Competencies (Self-awareness, self-control, motivation, empathy, and social skill), and how to use them effectively in the workplace.
