ACMHA Sept Webinar: ‘Collaborative Leadership: A Foundation for Success’

ACMHA: The College for Behavioral Health Leadership and Optum are pleased to present this leadership webinar for the field.

As health reform moves forward, ACOs evolve, health and medical homes proliferate, and new payment methodologies that reward value versus volume become more prevalent, leadership practices of the past will be revisited and new practices presented. The skills and competencies that provide the foundation for collaborative leadership will be presented. Ms. Dolezal and Ms. Raggio will share initiatives that illustrate how collaborative leadership is being successfully practiced today.
