The State and New York City are sponsoring the third of three public forums for consumers in New York City about Medicaid Managed Care and behavioral health on Monday, October 5, 2015. The forum will be a chance for people with Medicaid Managed Care to hear what these changes mean for them, and to get answers to their questions. The forum is being offered twice – once in the morning from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and again in the afternoon from 2 PM to 4 PM. Please share the attached announcement flyer as widely as possible.
