Last chance to register for the forums below to be held in the Batavia and Syracuse areas. If you are a small organization who has little or no experience with managed care and Medicaid this forum is for you! Presenters will describe the concrete steps you need to take to get ready for managed care. Leave this forum with solid information and “homework” to move forward. These forums are laying the groundwork for next steps that you request for working together on readiness development. We are hoping to follow up with learning collaborative and individual and regional technical assistance. Register below and join us.

Register Now for the Upcoming Small Business Kick Off Events

Register now for the final two offerings of MCTAC’s regional forums for smaller behavioral health providers on March 30 in Syracuseand March 31 in Batavia!

If you are a smaller organization with little or no experience with Medicaid and Managed Care these regional forums are for you! These forums are designedto be responsive to small groups of participants with time for discussion of particular questions and concerns, and the exploration of resources and solutions. Presenters will take a “deeper dive” into some of the issues that participants expressed interest in learning more about via technical assistance.Presenters plan to offer clear explanation of the changes to the service delivery and payment systems and some concrete steps for things to do immediately after the training for readiness to succeed. Topics to be covered include:

  • An overview of the transformation and change we are experiencing
  • What we need to know and do right now
  • Next steps for success
