This resource is part of MCTAC’s continuing efforts to assist behavioral health providers with New York State’s transition to Medicaid Managed care and the contracting

process. The P.E.N. guide will support your agency’s efforts whether you have managed care contracting experience or not. For additional information on contracting, please consult mctac.org for an array of resources.
