NYAPRS Note: The National Council for Behavioral Health, with their partners Montefiore Medical Center, Northwell Health, NYS Office of Mental Health and Netsmart Technologies is spearheading a federally funded initiative to reduce all-cause re-hospitalization rates for people with serious mental health conditions in New York State. Learn how you can participate and have your staff receive resources and data to improve care and assist you in meeting value based outcomes. An introductory webinar is being held on May 11 to describe this interesting project and how you can play a part in it.
