Winter Success & Wellness: Ideas from the Field to Start Your Incredible Year!
Most of us have had enough of Pandemic Wellness presentations! But maintaining our Wellness in winter is still a thing. Less daylight, more time indoors and harsh weather can bring on bouts of sadness, isolation and seasonal affective disorder—and that’s just SAD!
And while dealing with that, we have a new year, with new work challenges, new goals and objectives and ever greater expectations in productivity and outcomes.
So, we present our latest NYAPRS Learning Collective Webinar: Winter Success & Wellness: Ideas from the Field to Start Your Incredible Year!
Tips, methods, ideas to maintain our wellness this winter and get 2022 off to a great start! And this year—along with our contributions—we’ve left it to you and your colleagues to contribute as well. You’ll get your year off to a great start with tips offered by management and staff from mental health providers across the state. You’ll even meet volunteers from providers contributing live on our webinar!
It’s an event you won’t want to miss! A webinar like none we’ve ever put on before.
And if you want to contribute tips for winter wellness, or how you get your year off to a great start at work—maybe even be a part of our live panel—here’s your chance! Email Larry at LarryH@nyaprs.org to get the ball rolling.
