Introduction to Community Oriented Recovery
and Empowerment (CORE) Services Webinar
New York State will implement the new Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment (CORE) Services design. The new CORE Services transitions several services from Adult Behavioral Health Home and Community-Based Services (BH HCBS) in order to streamline and decrease barriers to access. Over the next several months, NYS’ Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) will facilitate several informational webinars on the CORE transition.
Join Dr. Robert Myers (OMH) and Ms. Pat Lincourt (OASAS) for the kickoff webinar where they will introduce CORE Services and share NYS’ vision for this service design. This webinar is intended to introduce the new programmatic and business opportunities for behavioral health agencies, including BH HCBS providers, outpatient clinics, housing and residential providers, and care management agencies.
