NEW DATES: Alliance Week of Action Now March 9th! Monday (3/9) Webinar and Continued State Budget Advocacy!

February 26, 2026 by The Alliance for Rights and Recovery

ALERT: WE ARE MOVING OUR WEEK OF ACTION TO THE WEEK OF MARCH 9TH

From Albany to Action:
Join The Alliance for Rights and Recovery’s March 9th Week of Action and Next Steps for State Budget Advocacy!

Following the energy and impact of our Legislative Day, the Alliance for Rights and Recovery invites you to join us for a critical next step in our state budget advocacy.

Monday, March 9th, 2:00–3:00pm

This webinar will:

  • Recap key highlights and outcomes from Legislative Day
  • Provide the latest updates on state budget negotiations and where our priorities stand
  • Prepare advocates for in-district meetings with legislators
  • Outline concrete ways to stay engaged as final budget decisions are made

As negotiations intensify, it is essential that lawmakers continue to hear directly from people who rely on mental health and substance use services, family members, providers, and community advocates.

This webinar will also kick off the Alliance’s Week of Action, which includes:

  • A statewide social media campaign to amplify our priorities
  • In-district meetings across the state, coordinated by our Regional Coordinators
  • Ongoing opportunities to advocate for investments that strengthen community-based services and the workforce

Your voice helped make Legislative Day a success. Now is the time to build on that momentum and ensure our priorities are reflected in the final budget.

Join us and be part of the push to turn advocacy into results.
