Today’s Crain’s Health Pulse indicates panelists and audience members emphasized the need for greater investment in community non-profits, adding that “while the panel praised such examples of CBO participation, questions remained about how much DSRIP money will funnel down to these organizations. Lara Kassel, coalition coordinator for Medicaid Matters NY, asked whether the CBOs themselves would vouch that they’ve been included. “When you say ‘involvement,’ I do hope that the CBOs themselves have the same sense of involvement,” she said.”
