NYAPRS Note: The NYC Regional Planning Consortium (RPC) has been formed with State support to monitor the transition of behavioral health services to managed care. While many stakeholders have participated in RPC meetings and given input and recommendations, the structure of the RPC has not allowed for a broader group of interested and involved individuals to learn about the RPC and give their input. The Town Hall seeks to give the broader group that opportunity. See below (and attached) for more information.
