Sixth Annual New York City Peer Specialist Conference at the NYU Kimmel Center
Redesign by Design: Healthcare Reform and the Role of Peer Specialists
This year’s theme recognizes that the healthcare delivery system in New York State is rapidly changing. As Peer Specialists, we now find ourselves in an enviable position. Peers have a voice on the Medicaid Redesign Teams, and now the value we add to a “care team” is being realized and sought after.
Join us for this spectacular full day conference designed to enhance knowledge and affirm the identity of a burgeoning peer workforce
– Hear from your colleagues who have been part of the Redesign
– Learn how others have re-defined and integrated recovery in their work and in their lives
– See where we are now and what the future might hold for Peer Specialists working in New York City
– Network with other working peers and build community
