Freestanding clinics who join the Care Transitions Network for People with Serious Mental Illness<http://echo4.bluehornet.com/ct/89393498:ThV863YNf:m:1:1362575610:B2DE1E6DBFBDF7986011BB83B13439DC:r> as a project option under New York State’s Office of Mental Health 2016 Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Initiative will receive an enhancement to their clinic base rate for both Medicaid fee-for-service and managed care payments. This is in addition to other Care Transitions Network benefits, all of which are free and organized to prepare your organization for value-based payments. CQI project selections must be made by August 15th.
