FROM SAMHSA:
It’s been a while since we reached out on behalf of SAMHSA’s Wellness Initiative, and we hope all is well. We’ve been busy creating new campaign materials, and we wanted you to be one of the first to know about our new Wellness podcast series. SAMHSA is releasing the following podcasts leading up to National Wellness Week (September 11-17, 2016), and there’s more to come:

· Getting Well Through Recovery: Why Wellness Matters and How Your Peers Can Support You – Gabe Howard, Director of development and marketing of the P.E.E.R. Center, and a person living with bipolar and anxiety disorder, hosts an hour of conversation with colleagues from the P.E.E.R. Center.
· Modeling the Way: Managing Personal Wellness While Supporting Others – Gabe Howard, Director of development and marketing of the P.E.E.R. Center, and a person living with bipolar and anxiety disorder, hosts an hour of conversation with four peer support specialists from the P.E.E.R.
