NYAPRS Note: To best help individuals that NYS HCBS providers serve and to maximize our effectiveness and value within the managed care, health home, DSRIP and Value Based Payment environments, it’s essential that we be able to have access to and share authorized healthcare information via the Regional Health Information Organizations in your region.
See http://www.nyehealth.org/rhio/ and/or the nicely organized information at http://www.nyacp.org/i4a/pages/Index.cfm?pageID=3760 for more info about the RHIOs.
Participating HCBS providers will receive a $10,000 incentive payment to participate in this Data Exchange Incentive Program, (DEIP). Don’t Miss Webinars Tomorrow or Next Tuesday!
To all HCBS providers:
I am happy to share that Data Exchange Incentive Program (DEIP) is now ready to launch among BH providers. The DEIP is a funding opportunity for providers and organizations to connect to their local QE or RHIO.
This program may be of particular interest to Behavioral Health providers (OMH, OASAS, HCBS designated providers) in need of connecting to the State Health Information Network of NY (SHIN-NY). With the program comes $10,000 in incentive funding per organization (in accordance with eligibility and program requirements).Attached is a current overview document for the BH portion of the program.
Additionally, NYeC will be hosting 2 public webinars over the next 2 weeks which will provide information on the DEIP. Please see the attached announcement flyer. Feel free to share with your providers.
– February 2nd at 10am
– February 7th at 1pm
Both webinars will be recorded and the links will be posted on the NYeC website.
