NYAPRS is very pleased to welcome and introduce Eileen Crosby, our new Office Manager, and Francesca Padilla, our new Training and Technical Assistance Facilitator for the Western and Central Regions of New York State!
Eileen Crosby has served as a highly accomplished administrator and program supervisor, most recently as Director of Administrative Services for NYSARC, a nonprofit organization with 48 chapters across New York State that support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Prior to that, Eileen oversaw the administrative support for the University of Vermont Faculty Senate, also serving as the Staff Council President as well as President of Vermont Women in Higher Education.
Francesca Padilla brings nine years of experience working at the Greater New York Hospital Association (GNYHA), where she managed research and outreach for the Health Information Tool for Empowerment (HITE), an online resource guide of community services for individuals and families in need. Francesca has conducted extensive engagement with health and human service organizations through in-service presentations, community groups, work groups, and partnerships focused on improving access to care and social supports. Francesca also utilizes a lived experience in the mental health and social services systems to help support providers as they engage in coordinated, person-centered care.
Eileen and Francesca bring extraordinary skill and experience to helping NYAPRS to advance our great mission; they will be looking forward to meeting many of our members and friends at this week’s Executive Seminar.
