NYAPRS Note: According to DOH, DSRIP Performing Providers Systems have distributed 85% of the available $878 million that they’ve earned to various categories of downstream partners. However, only $9.7 million went to mental health providers, $4.3 million went to SUD providers and $11.9 went to Community based organization while $179 million went to PPS project management offices and $121 million to hospitals.
NYAPRS will be conducting a member survey to determine how many and which members have PPS contracts to deliver BH services.
Dear MRT Listserv Subscriber:
We are pleased to announce that recent reporting reflects that DSRIP Performing Provider Systems (PPS) have substantially increased the amount of funds flowed to network partners. As of June 30, 2017, PPS have distributed a total of $878 Million, or 85% of all dollars earned, to various categories of downstream partners.
During the DSRIP Mid-Point assessment (MPA) process in February 2017, the DSRIP Project Approval and Oversight Panel (PAOP) encouraged PPS to increase their distribution of funds to network partners. As a result, PPS funds distributed to network partners increased by 112% or double the amount of cumulative distributions prior to the DSRIP mid-point.
Notable increases in partner distributions from DSRIP Year 2 Quarter 2 to DSRIP Year 3 Quarter 1 include the following categories (this a subset of all categories):
Additional details can be found in the Mid-Point Assessment Action Plans: PPS Progress through DY3, Q1 slides that are attached to this e-mail.

Thank you.
