This presentation will look at the pathway from taking care of yourself to teaching self-care to the people you support. Join us as we discuss, practice Mindfulness and learn how Self-Care can be taught at a distance. Engaging people in an office setting can be challenging enough at times, and now we must find virtual ways to make and maintain supportive relationships that work.
We will look at traditional techniques and discuss how they can be used through tele-health – video, phone, text, snail mail, and maybe even Morse Code! Come share, learn and adapt together.
