Learn how whole health peer specialists have been able to promote engagement and foster resiliency among elderly populations with mental health conditions. These populations are at greater risk for isolation, poor engagement with health systems, and compromised resiliency. Presenters use an interactive case study approach to demonstrate how Optum’s Whole Health Peer Support program was able to engage this population and achieve improved health outcomes.
