NYAPRS News: It is with great pride that NYAPRS celebrates one year of Start Your Workweek Mindfully! It was one year ago this week, on March 30th, 2020, when we began posting daily meditations recorded by our very own Ruth Colón-Wagner. We felt a calling to support our NYAPRS community as we all struggled with the stress, pain and uncertainty of the impact of COVID-19. Since then, we have amassed a library of over 145 recorded meditations that you can access anytime to help support your wellness.
To help search the library, all meditations are categorized into Types of Meditations. Each is listed below with their corresponding links.
We have added Yoga to our weekly offerings!
We are also very proud to work with Dagny Alexander who shares her passion and expertise with all of us to integrate Yoga into our lives. You may know Dagny from her shiatsu healing sessions at the NYAPRS Annual Conference for over a decade. Thus far, Dagny has recorded 9 sessions for you all.
