NYAPRS Note: Receiving a promotion to Supervisor can be an exciting experience. However, it can also be fraught with fears and self-doubt as we move into a role that is not always clearly defined, face the challenges of moving from team member to team supervisor, or get a promotion because we are good at our job, and now our role looks nothing like the work we did to get here!  The NYAPRS Collective will be hosting a virtual training on October 4th to give new supervisors strategies to excel in their position, deal with issues that often come up, and provide information and clarity around their role.
