Each year, the Alliance for Rights and Recovery hosts Annual Legislative Day. This is a moment for recovery-minded mental health activists and professionals to gather and discuss ways of enacting real, tangible change. During the Legislative Days, we outline concrete goals and action items designed to promote transformative, radical change at the governmental and policy level. The Legislative Days provides a forum in which community members and those with political power can connect and develop realistic strategies and policies designed to help communities care for their most vulnerable members.
