Gov. Andrew Cuomo is sending his message of fiscal discipline to the non-profit sector.
He said reimbursement for any executive’s compensation will be capped at $199,000.
He also says in his budget plan that 85 cents on the dollar must be spent on services, not administration.
Further, excessive executive pay could lead to losing the state as a partner.
