Increasingly, mental health agencies are including people with the lived experience of mental health problems and the learned experience of recovery, (peers), on their staffs.  Peer providers and peer staff are a valuable component of a recovery oriented, best practice approach to rehabilitation services for people with mental health conditions.  The hiring of peers will become increasingly important and necessary as we begin to implement the Affordable Care Act and Health Homes.  This webinar will cover the best practices of hiring, supporting, and integrating peers into your workplace.
