Health Coaching and Care Coordination Certificate:

Application Information Webinar

Tuesday, April 24, 2012 from 12 pm to 1 pm

 

The JFK, Jr. Institute for Worker Education at CUNY, in association with Queensborough Community College, will offer an undergraduate certificate in Health Coaching and Care Coordination beginning this summer 2012. This 10-credit, 5 course certificate is offered to frontline workers in the allied health fields who have a GED or High School Diploma, are residents of NYS, and are available to commit to completing a sequence of 5 courses (a college bridge course and 4 credited courses) through summer 2013. The application deadline is May 4, 2012.
