NYAPRS Seeks Western/Central New York Recovery Facilitator
NYAPRS, a peer-led statewide organization dedicated to improving
services, conditions and public policy to advance the recovery,
rehabilitation and rights of people with psychiatric diagnoses seeks a
Recovery Facilitator to develop and implement training for Western and
Central New York behavioral health providers on recovery innovations.
This position and requires the ability to act independently, experience
in delivering formal training or leading groups and demonstrated ability
to engage others in training.
Requirements include: GED or High School Diploma, BA/BS preferred, great
oral and written communication skills ability to travel within the
region and the state and facility with computers and technical
equipment. Personal experience with the mental health system is highly
preferred.
