Public hearings will be held in Syracuse and Buffalo next week to solicit comment on the state’s proposed plan to request a waiver from the federal government to fully implement the recommendations of the MRT and prepare the state for national health care reform. Attendees will be briefed on the action plan as well as possible reinvestment options. . No pre-registration is necessary, and speakers will each be allotted two minutes to speak, to provide for as many comments as possible.
