CUNY Certificate in Health Coaching & Care Coordination- Application Information Webinar on 6/27

Please join us on Wednesday, June 27th from 12:00PM-12:30PM for an informational webinar regarding the fall 2012 Certificate in Health Coaching and Care Coordination at CUNY. We encourage interested applicants to take advantage of this live session to learn more about the program, application and admissions process. This undergraduate certificate is offered by The John F. Kennedy, Jr. Institute, in association with Queensborough Community College, at no tuition cost to frontline workers in the health care, behavioral health and social services sectors who have a GED or High School Diploma, are residents of NYS, and are available to commit to completing a sequence of 5 courses (a college bridge course and 4 credited courses) through the fall 2013 semester. The application deadline is July 30, 2012.
