NACM is requesting proposals for its 18th Annual Case Management Conference. We are especially interested in presentations that focus on innovative, cost-effective, evidence-based, multi-disciplinary, and community-based case management services. Our goal is to further the field of case management through training, workshops, exhibits, and networking opportunities during the conference.
Proposals will be reviewed and selected by a committee designated by the NACM Board of Directors. We are grateful to presenters and panelists who volunteer to share their expertise and experiences with their colleagues. Thank you for your interest, time, and effort.
