MHEP: Sept 18 Free Event Looking at Peer-run Services and Managed Care

August 8, 2012 by Chris Liu-Beers

NYAPRS Note: We’d like to encourage peer-run services proponents from across New York to attend the Mental Health Empowerment Project’s timely one day event that will ‘contemplate a new relationship’ between peer-run services and managed care organizations.

The event falls on the day before NYAPRS’ Annual Conference (September 19-21) and will be held at the same site, the Hudson Valley Resort in Kerhonkson. NYAPRS will be offering a discounted rate for those wishing to stay over at the hotel for the evening of the 18th in order to attend the NYAPRS Conference. See below for details.
