Invitation to Participate in Brief Survey to Inform Efforts to Infuse the Family-Focused Voice in Adolescent Treatment and Recovery Services!
The National Family Dialogue (NFD), sponsored by SAMHSA, exists to strengthen, shape, and support the family voice for youth with substance use disorders. Their desire is that all youth with substance use disorders and their families have access to affordable, effective treatment and recovery services, which include the supports necessary to reclaim and maintain healthy youth, families, and communities. In order to better inform and build a case for sustainability of “Family Involvement” for substance use disorders, the NFD is asking that you take this brief 4 question survey. It should only take you two minutes to do and the information gathered will be invaluable to their “Family Involvement” work. Please take this survey before August 31st and pass it on to anyone you think would be interested in the NFD work. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact NFD Co-Chairs: Sharon Smith Legore – ssmith@momstell.org Shannon Crossbear – scrossbear@centurytel.net You can also join on facebook at the “National Family Dialogue for Substance Use Disorders”.
