Technical Assistance Now Available for Adult Mental Health Clinics
The Children’s Technical Assistance Center is expanding to include mental health clinics serving adults in New York State. The Center has been renamed the Clinic Technical Assistance Center (CTAC) which provides an array of informational resources, tools, and educational opportunities designed to promote effective and efficient business practices, evidence informed clinical interventions and organizational change management strategies.
While continuing its clinical and business practice focus for children’s agencies, a major focus of the CTAC for adult providers over the coming year is to provide clinics with information, tools and strategies to self assess current business practices through the use of a comprehensive benchmarking tool; identify critical areas in need of improvement; implement and evaluate solutions and learn about policy and procedural changes that are likely to enhance productivity and reduce missed appointments in a way that contributes to quality services and fiscal health.
To learn more and to meet the faculty, CTAC is hosting a leadership forum in each state region. During these forums you will learn in detail about CTAC’s upcoming initiatives, meet the CTAC partners, and be asked to give input into CTAC’s future offerings.
