National healthcare reform and New York’s Medicaid Redesigns are completely overhauling our mental health, addiction and medical care systems, especially through the development of health homes and the new managed Health and Recovery Plans to follow. This presentation will look at the many opportunities and challenges that lay ahead for proponents of recovery, rights and peer run services.
