In this era of social and systems change, we are challenged by a diversity of systems, networks and communities that can no longer operate in silos if we are to accomplish our respective aims. There is a need for meaningful collaborative action across communities that can identify our shared vision and goals while addressing the real challenges that often divided us in the past.
This STAR Center webinar will review:
- Principles and factors that make collaboration work
- Facilitative leadership skills and approaches
- Role of failure
- Opportunities and challenges for collaborative action across communities
