Dr. Peter C. Campanelli is currently Principal at Strategic Organizational Development. Dr. Campanelli founded the Institute for Community Living and was the President, Chief Executive Officer of this award winning Agency for 27 years. During his tenure his vision led to ICL’s Integrated Health and Health Home programs and establishment of a health care clinic specifically for high needs clients that later developed into a Federally Qualified Health Center. He is the recipient of numerous citations and awards including the Rutgers University Peterson Award for Public Service and the Visionary Leadership Award from the National Council. Under his tenure the Agency received a number of awards including the APA Gold Achievement Award.
Dr. Campanelli is currently on the faculty of the McSilver Institute for Poverty, Policy & Research within the Silver School of Social Work, NYU. Dr.Campanelli teaches graduate students in the area of advanced US Health Policy, engages in research development, and the technical assistance branch of the Institute. He holds the title of Senior Scholar, Organizational and Community Services. Dr. Campanelli holds a doctorate in Clinical /Community Psychology from Rutgers University, and is licensed in both New York and New Jersey.
