In an effort to best assist New York’s prospective HCBS community behavioral health providers to successfully operate and grow within the emerging Medicaid managed care, health home and DSRIP environments, NYAPRS and MCTAC have joined with OPEN MINDS to present the following two-day conference program in December in lovely Saratoga Springs!

While the content of our program will be particularly valuable for those who do not currently bill Medicaid regularly, all providers are welcome and we believe that we all can benefit from the discussions and the expertise that will be presented.

OPEN MINDS is widely considered one of the nation’s top sources of the latest market intelligence and management best practices for organizations that support the health and social needs of people with more complex ongoing needs. For our December conference, we are delighted to be joined by Monica E. Oss, M.S., Chief Executive Officer, the founder of OPEN MINDS and her staff.

Topics for the forum will include:

  • Program Design, Marketing, Contracting & Rate Setting with Medicaid Managed Health and Commercial Insurance Plans
  • Maximizing Market Share
  • Strategic Partnerships and Regional Alliances to Develop Shared Back Office, Billing, Encounter and Outcomes Data Systems
  • Understanding New Revenue Streams
  • Exploring Partnerships Across the Behavioral Health Spectrum
  • The Business Of Integrated Primary Care/Behavioral Health Services
  • Performance Data, Dashboards, & Metrics-Based Management
  • Managing & Limiting Your Risk With Corporate Compliance
