Tuesday, February 10th, 10 am – 12 pm. 

Registration is now open for a web-based review and special office hours opportunity for managed care contracting with MCTAC and Adam Falcone, JD, MPH. 

The abridged presentation will highlight key topics from the recent series of in-person presentations including negotiating basics, leverage, promoting your value, and understanding critical contract provisions and terms. The slides and a recording of the in-person session will be made available ahead of the webinar for agency staff to review and for those who were unable to attend in Rochester, Long Island, Albany, or New York City. 

The feedback we have received on Adam’s presentation has been overwhelmingly positive, and we encourage all providers to attend the webinar whether you were able to attend in-person or not. Adam J. Falcone, Partner — Feldesman, Tucker, Leifer, Fidell

A partner in the health law practice group, Adam counsels clients on a wide range of health law issues, with a focus on fraud and abuse, reimbursement and payment, and antitrust and competition matters. Adam leads the firm’s health care corporate compliance practice, offering proactive counsel to help clients avoid costly legal missteps that can jeopardize the provision of vital health services within their communities. To that end, he has championed the creation of online compliance support services to assist clients in the development of effective corporate compliance programs. He also conducts compliance trainings and internal investigations, defends clients in audit proceedings, and negotiates settlements related to fraud allegations. 

Drawing on his extensive knowledge of health care policy and markets, Adam regularly speaks to groups across the country on managed care contracting, value-based payment methodologies, and health reform opportunities. In particular, he brings strategic counsel to clients that are responding to changes in their local marketplace, negotiating participating provider agreements, and seeking to establish provider networks such as Accountable Care Organizations.
