Pathways to Medicaid Managed Care Featured at NYAPRS’ Executive Seminar!

The successful transition of currently non-Medicaid reimbursed community based recovery services to Medicaid managed care is critical to the success of New York’s Health and Recovery Plan initiative.

The process accelerated with yesterday’s release of draft rates and billing guidance for HCBS services and the anticipated release of details as to how agencies can get and use infrastructure and start-up funds.  

This year’s Executive Seminar will include a timely discussion about state policy, support and technical assistance and about association and provider strategies to aid the transition. Up close accounts about how the process looks to directors of both a mental health and addiction recovery agency will be featured.
