NYAPRS Note: This webinar is particularly important for advocates across the country who encourage state health agencies to move toward greater independence and community integration for persons with disabilities. The opportunities provided in the new HCBS rule, that necessitate a transition plan for certain service settings, also provides a stage for advocates to be involved in the planning and operationalization of the necessary moves.
