New York’s DSRIP Waiver — Setting Up for Success, Learning From the Past

New York’s Medicaid redesign efforts are extensive.

The DSRIP program is arguably the most complex and far-reaching of the state-specific reform efforts that have been underway for the past four years.

Performing Provider Systems are facing challenges and opportunities at every turn. This complimentary webinar will share examples of similar systems of care evolution that have been successful and give PPS leaders a forum to look for inspiration and lessons learned. Examples will include Minnesota’s Federally Qualified Health Center Urban Network Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and Pierce County, Washington’s Regional Support Network (RSN).

During our hour together, William Bonfield, chief medical officer, Behavioral Solutions, Natalie Ellertson, vice president, Clinical Improvement Solutions and Suzanne Feeney, vice president, Medicaid Solutions, will candidly share experiences from these practical activities:

  • Establishing new relationships
  • Testing long-standing assumptions
  • Funding and building infrastructure
  • Creating holistic care model
  • Driving provider behavior change
  • Improving outcomes and reinvesting the resulting savings
