New York State and New York City are sponsoring the third of three public forums for consumers in New York City about Medicaid Managed Care and behavioral health on Monday, October 5, 2015. The forum will be a chance for people with Medicaid Managed Care to hear what these changes mean for them, and to get answers to their questions. The forum is being offered twice – once in the morning from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and again in the afternoon from 2 PM to 4 PM.
The forum location is the Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) NYC Field Office, 501 7th Avenue, 8th floor (between West 37th/38th Streets), New York, NY 10018.
