Individuals currently receiving Medicaid are encouraged to attend! Free lunch and mental health and substance use resource tables will be available starting at 12:00 p.m. The NYC RPC has been formed with State support to monitor the transition of mental health and substance use services to Medicaid managed care. The Town Hall seeks to give the broader community the opportunity to learn about the RPC and give their input. The audience will hear from Dr. Ginny Mantello, Health and Wellness Director, Office of the Staten Island Borough President, Dr. Gary Belkin, Executive Deputy Commissioner for Mental Hygiene, and a panel of RPC members about the status of the transition.
