NYAPRS Note: NYAPRS is very pleased to the addition of several of the state and nation’s leading policy shapers to this year’s NYAPRS Executive Seminar, including NYS Medicaid Director Jason Helgerson, the National Council’s Rebecca Farley, Vice President for Policy and Advocacy, National Council for Behavioral Health, Jennifer Mathis, Deputy Legal Director and Director of Policy and Legal Advocacy, Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law, Elizabeth Misa, Deputy Medicaid Director and convener of the Department of Health’s new Bureau of Social Determinants of Health, Stephanie Campbell, Friends of Recovery-NY, Laverne Miller, Policy Research Associates and Kate Breslin, executive director of the Schuyler Center for Advocacy and Analysis.
