We are pleased to announce that PSYCKES access is available for Office of Mental Health (OMH) designated adult Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) programs.
The Psychiatric Services and Clinical Knowledge Enhancement System (PSYCKES) is a web-based application developed by OMH to provide information from Medicaid billing and other state administrative databases in a user-friendly format to support care coordination and quality improvement.
The PSYCKES team has designed a specialized type of access for non-clinical HCBS programs that provides information on care coordination, managed care plan, and HARP status with client consent.
PSYCKES for HCBS Introductory Webinar
We will host an introductory webinar on Thursday, March 15, 2018 from 11:00AM-12:00PM to present the PSYCKES care coordination view for non-clinical HCBS providers, review the protocol for requesting access and answer any questions. Please register in advance using the following registration link:
