This year’s Academy, “Outreach to Engagement to Activation: The Value of Rehabilitation Services”, features breakout sessions from organizations across the state who will share what they have done to successfully outreach and engage PROS and HCBS participants and support their health activation.
As executive director of the Copeland Center that promotes Wellness Recovery Action Planning across the world, Matthew Federici will look at how to promote full health and community participation ‘Beyond WRAP.’
Friday morning’s program will feature the work of Paul Grant and his Recovery Oriented Cognitive intervention that has been proven to help people with the extensive behavioral health challenges to successfully meet their life and community based goals.
