NYAPRS Note: Over the next and following weeks, NYAPRS will be hosting 5 regional forums that will prepare folks for the February 26th NYAPRS Annual Albany Legislative Day with an historical backdrop of the recovery and rights advocacy movement and an additional hour of presentations on emerging innovative practices and models.
