Please note the following:

The conference will be held at one site, with no need to stay at an overflow hotel and that the Villa Roma hotel will be handling all registrations, rather than NYAPRS.

Many attendees who want a single room might be placed into larger rooms with more accommodations, since the majority of rooms are suites or efficiencies.

The hotels web site allows you to make multiple reservations at once; if you have five participants or more please call the hotel directly as noted below. They are eager to assist!
