NYAPRS Note: The National Council is gathering information on the damaging impact of the pandemic on community behavioral health services that they will use to help influence the terms of the next Corona Virus stimulus package. The survey, which needs to be returned by this Friday April 10, is in particular gathering data on reductions in service contacts, lost billing, program closures, staff terminations and the need for more Personal Protective Equipment.
