Good morning. This morning NYAPRS Mindfulness exercise is a very special one. Today, our Director of Training and Development Ruth Colon-Wagner has created an exercise that deals with the greatest challenges we all face today, dealing with the emotional impact of both the COVID virus and injustices in our society.
It is designed to provide the environment and permission to heal from our COVID fears and worries and to encourage us to ‘stop and listen’ to our hearts and to act in a way that is peaceful and comfortable.
