The Rutgers Center of Alcohol & Substance Use Studies has announced the release of the Wellness Training Learning Collaborative (W-TLC) virtual toolbox and Training/Learning Collaborative series. This resource kit aims to support the wellness of the healthcare workforce, which has been directly experiencing the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Members of the healthcare workforce have had to bear the brunt of psychological, emotional, and physical effects first-hand. This toolkit provides peer support, individual, and organization approaches to support the wellbeing of the critical healthcare workforce. Attached is the training and learning collabortaive series.
